2. Categories of data
Through this website and enquiry forms we may collect identification and contact details (name, organisation, e-mail, telephone), the content of your message, your stated system interest, and technical data such as IP address or server logs where necessary for security.
3. Why we use it
We process this information to respond to quotations and technical enquiries, manage client communications, refine our services and protect the integrity of our digital channels.
4. Legal bases
Processing rests on the performance or formation of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interests where balanced against your rights (art. 5/2-f), and explicit consent where the law requires it (art. 5/1).
5. Recipients & transfers
Trusted processors, for example e-mail delivery (Resend) and secure hosting (Vercel), may access data strictly under contract. Public authorities receive information only when Turkish law compels us.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for two years unless a longer retention duty applies, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights (art. 11 KVKK)
You may request confirmation that we process your data, receive information on purposes and recipients, seek rectification or erasure, object to certain automated outcomes and claim compensation where processing infringes the law.
Submit requests in writing to info@suncephe.com. We will respond within thirty days, depending on complexity.
